Every order is packed by hand in our studio, in recycled tissue and a compostable mailer. Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day leave the same day.

Returns & exchanges
Not quite right? You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with their tags attached. Returns are free within the country and we refund to your original payment method within five working days of receiving your parcel.
- Start a return from your account or write to hello@sauvelle.example
- Print the prepaid label and drop your parcel at any post office
- Exchanges for a different size are sent out as soon as your return is scanned
Repairs for life
We mend what we make, for as long as you own it. Get in touch with a photo of the repair needed and we will send you a free postage label.
