How much is shipping?
Shipping is complimentary on every order over $150. Below that, standard tracked delivery is $8 and express is $18. You will see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same working day. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days and express arrives the next working day in most areas.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to more than 40 countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery.
Sizing & fit
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for tailoring and the smaller for knitwear and relaxed shapes.
Can I get styling or fit advice?
Of course. Write to hello@sauvelle.example with your usual sizes and the piece you are considering — our stylists reply within a few hours on weekdays.
Returns, payments & care
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn pieces with their tags. Returns are free and refunds are issued within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Choose Mintpay or KOKO at checkout to split your order into three interest-free monthly payments. The first payment is taken today and the rest monthly.
Do you really repair for life?
We do. Send us any Sauvelle piece — a loose button, a worn elbow, a broken strap — and our atelier will mend it free of charge. We cover return postage too.
How should I care for linen and cashmere?
Wash linen cool and line dry; steam instead of ironing. Hand wash cashmere in cool water with a wool detergent, dry flat and store folded with cedar.
