Why SPF is the most important step in any routine

Every serum you buy works better when your skin is protected from daily UV. Without sunscreen, vitamin C, retinal and peptides are fighting a losing battle.

How much is enough?

About two finger-lengths for face and neck — roughly 1.25 ml. Most people apply a third of that, which can cut the real protection by more than half.

Invisible Veil SPF 50 and Tinted Shield SPF 40 in warm sunlight

Reapply every two hours outdoors

Indoors by a window? Once in the morning is usually enough. Outdoors, sweating or swimming? Reapply every two hours and after towelling off.

Broad spectrum matters

SPF measures UVB (burning) protection. Look for PA++++ or “broad spectrum” for UVA, which drives pigmentation and collagen loss. Invisible Veil is SPF 50, PA++++.
