Delivery & assembly
Is assembly really free?
Yes. Every e-bike is fully assembled, tuned and road-tested in our studio, then delivered ready to ride. Just adjust the saddle height.
How fast is delivery?
In-stock bikes arrive in 2–4 working days island-wide; gear and parts in 1–2 days. Delivery is free on orders over $150.
Can I collect from a studio?
Of course — choose Click & Collect and a technician will hand the bike over and walk you through the controls.
Finance & pay later
Which finance options do you offer?
Mintpay (12 monthly payments on orders $300–$6,000), KOKO (3 monthly payments on orders $10–$1,500) and Payzy (4 payments every two weeks on orders up to $1,000). All are 0% interest.
Will finance affect the price?
No. The instalments add up to the checkout price — there are no fees or interest from Ohmride.
Can I combine finance with sale prices?
Yes. Instalments are calculated on the sale price at checkout.
Batteries & charging
How long do batteries last?
Our certified packs keep at least 80% capacity after 1,000 full cycles — typically 5–7 years of commuting.
Can I charge indoors?
Yes. Use the supplied charger, charge on a hard surface and unplug once full. Storage mode on the Ampcell 4 A charger stops at 80% for long breaks.
Can I upgrade from 500 Wh to 750 Wh later?
Yes, on all Ohmride and Ridgeon mid-drive bikes. Trade in your old pack for $150 off.
Warranty & ride trial
What is the 30-day ride trial?
Ride your new e-bike for 30 days. If it is not right, we collect it free and refund you in full.
What does the warranty cover?
Frames are covered for 5 years; motors, batteries and electronics for 2 years. Claims are handled in-store or by courier.
